Rwandans head to the polls today to choose their future leader. The main contenders in the vote are the incumbent Paul Kagame, Green Democratic Party leader Frank Habineza and independent candidate Philippe Mpayimana.
The three candidates were able to traverse the country to sell their manifestos to the electorate though incumbent President Paul Kagame is widely expected to get a landslide win.
